metropolitan Nashville.

TR's migration to Windows and other Windows/contest logging issues

It was suggested and agreed upon by the group that W4PA should be
recommended for the next WRTC competion. As far as anyone new, the
competitor selection requirements have not been published, but all should
watch for the information.
