TCG meeting was held at the Tri-Cities Hamfest 10/16/99 with the
following in attendance:

No business was transacted, just a lot of good eyeball QSOs and
fellowship throughout the day. It was a perfect day for the hamfest and
we're sorry you couldn't make it. It appeared to well attended, with an
increase in attendance again. Folks are getting fired up for the contest
season and you should see some good scores from Northeast TN this
season.
