TCG Central met at 9:30 this morning at the Old Country Buffet in
Rivergate.  Attending were:

with N4ZI and K4OGG competing for the title of most distant
attendee.  (Tipton Co. and Atlanta respectively..)

As one might expect, most of the meeting was spent discussing various
people's antenna projects.  The upcoming NA QSO Party(ies) were
discussed, as was the subject of improving mobile participation in the
Tennessee QSO Party.   

There will be three (?!) TCG meetings in two weeks from now.  There will
be a "pep rally" at the Old Country at 9:30 Saturday morning for those
in Middle Tennessee who will be participating in the phone NAQP.  (we
have found that these pre-NAQP meetings seem to spur extra TCG
activity..)  That is the same date as the Huntsville Hamfest -- for
those who attend the hamfest instead, we will meet in front of the RT
Systems booth at 10:00 Saturday morning.  

Some of those who operate the contest on Saturday will be travelling to
Huntsville on Sunday.  They will meet in the same place between 10 and
10:30 Sunday morning.  

(some of us who go to the hamfest on Saturday may operate mobile on the
way home, if we can figure out how to handle submitting an entry for
operation from two different states!)
