Following breakfast, the meeting started at 1613Z with introductions.
Items of discussion:
1) Gallatin Hamfest and the unveiling of the TCG Banner
2) Discussion of poor SSB Sprint condx and plans for CW Sprint. Team
   members were noted.
3) K4RO spoke about the TCG webpage, asking for contributions (contest
line scores, rate sheets, station descriptions). Words of appreciation
were expressed to Kirk and others (NY4T) on their efforts.
4) Anyone having a digital camera was asked to contact Kirk as pictures
may be added to the page.
5) K1KY and K0EJ will make sure a roster is sent to ARRL for club contest
   participation.
6) TQP revisions were discussed. New freqs, VHF and bonus points for
working K4TCG. More to follow in preparation for this year's TQP. Help
is needed in providing templates for NA, CT, TR to the appropriate reflectors
and developers for inclusion.******* ANY VOLUNTEERS?????********
7) Upcoming events: CQ160SSB, ARRLCW, Fox Hunt on 1 March
8) Contest multi-op info needed. Tom discussed the importance of using
these as opportunities for newcomers to "learn the ropes".
Opportunities will be placed on the webpage.
9) Discussion on an SECC proposal to join forces in some club contest
competition. Comments were favorable as long as the "club name" used
did not result in "loss of identity" (e.g. TCG would not contribute
to SECC but might consider contributing to "SECC/TCG" or "The South
Will Rise Again Contest Club"). More discussion is needed.
10) K0EJ discussed construction of "The Box" antenna for 80M and K1KY
talked about changes to his beverage antennas.

The next meeting will be 14 March at K4RO's QTH.

The meeting concluded at 1730Z following a short program on band-planning
for DX contests, particularly the upcoming ARRL DX tests.

                            respectfully submitted,

                            Mark K0EJ
