TCG Meeting Minutes - August 17, 1998 @ ETDXA Mtg, Knoxville, TN

Yet another August TCG in-person meeting was declared and held at
the East TN DX Association meeting, 6:30 p.m. at the Western 
Avenue Shoney's in Knoxville, TN on August 17.

Those signing in on the TCG Sheet were:

Also present were a room full of ETDXA members. 

After the meal and opening presentations, TCG Facilitator 
Tom Delker - K1KY and TCG Middle-East Area Cheerleader 
Scott Robbins - W4PA presented a program on contesting.
Many questions were fielded from the group and TCG information
sheets were distributed.  It was also noted that there were
6 NAQP CW team members present in the room! All attendees were
invited to join TCG and to participate in contests... especially
the Tennessee QSO Party, scheduled for Sunday, September 20, 1998.

At the conclusion of the meeting, K1KY and W4PA stayed around
for individual discussions with ETDXA members.

The next meeting(s) will be held August 29 at NN4T and August
30 at the Cedars of Lebanon hamfest.  Once again, we are on our
way to a record setting August with 5 TCG meetings on-the-road!
