TCG Meeting Minutes August 15 & 16, 1998

August 15:
A TCG Eyeball meeting was held at the Knoxville Hamfest on
Saturday, August 15, 1998 at the Contest Forum, 2:00 p.m.,
hosted by Greg Richard, K4NO.

Present were:

Two guys from Mississippi.....

K4NO did a good job, initailly talking about simple things that
might interest a new contester.  Later, the program expanded to
preferred types of logging software, use of two radios with 
considerable input from the audience which gave a good 
cross-section of various types of contest ops.

August 16:
Another TCG Eyeball meeting was held at the Knoxville Hamfest
on Sunday, August 16, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. in front of the
R-T Systems booth.

Present were:

In-depth discussions of contest software, voice keyers and
antennas were pursued by those present.  The group then
proceeded to enjoy the remainder of the flea-market and
vendor displays.

The next meeting will be held at the ETDXA meeting in Knoxville
on Monday, August 17, 1998 at Shoney's on Western Avenue.
